Quick fixes for common issues.

OAuth Redirect URI Mismatch​

  • Symptom: Error after consenting or callback not reached
  • Fix: Make sure the provider console includes the exact redirect URI
    • Google Analytics: https://app.ostenai.com/dashboard/google-analytics/callback
    • Google Ads: backend callback as configured by ØSTEN AI (no user action usually needed)

Can’t See My Ad Accounts​

  • Ensure the signed-in OAuth user has access to the target account/business/advertiser
  • Try switching Google/Facebook/TikTok accounts during OAuth if you have multiple
  • If account listing returns limited or no results, ensure you’re using an account with the right permissions
  • For advanced features (e.g., MCC listings), access level may be required

Headers/Authorization Missing​

  • Symptom: 401 or 400 errors from API
  • Fix: Sign out/in; ensure your organization is selected so requests include Authorization and x-organization-id

Analytics (GA4) Not Showing​

  • Confirm you finished connecting GA4 and selected a property
  • Refresh the Analytics page and check date range/filters

Notes Not Saving​

  • Check your internet connection; auto-save retries when back online
  • Refresh the page and try again
