Onboarding & AI Plan

Onboarding collects your inputs to generate a tailored AI Marketing Plan.

What to Prepare​

  • Business goals (e.g., growth target, CPA/ROAS constraints)
  • Target audiences (segments, geos, demographics)
  • Current channels and budgets
  • Website and key conversion actions

Steps​

  1. Open Dashboard → Onboarding.
  2. Fill in each section (Goals, Audience, Channels, Budget).
  3. Click Generate Plan. ØSTEN AI creates your plan using your inputs.
  4. When complete, you’ll be redirected to Dashboard → Marketing Plan to review it.

What You Get​

  • Strategy overview and recommended channels
  • Messaging, creative, and copy guidance
  • Budget recommendations and pacing
  • Next steps checklist

Saving & Revisions​

  • The plan is saved to your organization.
  • You can redo onboarding at any time; a new plan will be generated and saved.
  • Prior plans may be downloadable depending on your environment.

Privacy​

  • We store your onboarding inputs and generated plan securely per organization.
  • Only members of your organization can view or edit the plan.

Troubleshooting​

  • Plan did not appear: refresh the page; if it persists, try generating again or contact support.
  • Sections feel generic: provide more detailed goals, audience descriptions, and constraints.
