Connect Ad Accounts

Connect your ad platforms securely. We support Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Google Ads and click Connect.
  2. Choose the correct Google account in the consent screen (switch if needed).
  3. Approve access.
  4. Back in ØSTEN AI, select the Google Ads account (customer) to connect.

Notes

  • If you manage multiple accounts, ensure you select the right customer after connecting.
  • Some accounts may be unavailable depending on your access level.

Meta Ads (Facebook)​

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → Meta Ads and click Connect.
  2. Log in to Facebook and approve permissions.
  3. Select your Business and Ad Account.
  4. Confirm to connect.

TikTok Ads​

  1. Go to Settings → Integrations → TikTok Ads and click Connect.
  2. Log in to TikTok for Business and approve permissions.
  3. Select your Advertiser account.
  4. Confirm to connect.

Disconnecting​

  • Go to Settings → Integrations and click Disconnect for the platform you wish to remove.

Permissions & Privacy​

  • We request only the minimum scopes needed to read accounts and, when you opt in, to manage campaigns.
  • You can revoke access at any time from ØSTEN AI or from the platform’s security settings.

Troubleshooting​

  • Don’t see your accounts:
    • Verify the OAuth user has access to the target account/business/advertiser.
    • For Google Ads, if listing accounts fails or returns limited results, try a different user with higher permissions.
  • Wrong account connected:
    • Disconnect and reconnect, ensuring you select the correct account during selection.
  • Stuck after consent:
    • Close and retry the flow; ensure pop-up blockers are disabled.
