Use Notes to capture ideas, results, and next steps.

Editor Features​

  • Rich-text editor (headings, bold/italic, lists, code, quotes)
  • Auto-save as you type
  • Toolbar reflects formatting state
  • Rename notes directly from the list

AI Commands (Slash Menu)​

  • Type / to open the AI command list:
    • Summarize: condense long notes
    • Rewrite: improve clarity/tone
    • Generate ideas: brainstorm next steps or variations
  • Run the command, then review and keep/edit the result
  • From Notes list, click a note to open its detail page
  • Use browser back/forward to move between list and detail

Best Practices​

  • Keep one topic per note; link related notes
  • Summarize meetings and decisions with clear next steps
  • Use AI to draft first versions; refine manually

Troubleshooting​

  • Note doesn’t save: check your connection; auto-save retries when back online
  • AI commands missing: ensure you see the slash menu (/); refresh the page if needed
  • Can’t rename in list: ensure you have edit permissions and are signed in
